First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)

  • Crown Metrology produces fully compliant AS9102 Form 1–3 packages and Non-AS FAIRs (FR-016) to document dimensional, visual, and material conformance of first-run or revised parts.
    We work directly from customer drawings or 3D models, balloon every feature, and cross-reference measurements to ensure clean, audit-ready documentation.

  • Every FAIR follows a documented workflow beginning with contract review (FR-002A) and intake (FR-003) through final verification and reporting.
    Results are verified against current revision levels, purchase orders, and material certs. Nonconformances are recorded and resolved per SOP-007.
