  • Each Crown Metrology certificate (FR-001) provides:

    • Unique certificate and job numbers

    • Customer identification and instrument details

    • Reference standards used and their NIST traceability

    • Measured values, tolerances, and pass/fail status

    • Environmental conditions at time of calibration

    • Technician and approval signatures
      This standardized format ensures every result can withstand audit review.

  • All reference standards used are maintained on a controlled calibration schedule. Measurement uncertainty and decision rules are applied per SOP-018, and reported when applicable.
    Our certificates demonstrate a transparent, verifiable chain of calibration traceability, giving customers measurable confidence in their equipment.

  • A sample certificate (sanitized) is available for reference to illustrate layout and traceability statements.

All calibration certificates are controlled documents issued only to the customer of record. Sample provided for reference. actual data removed.
