  • Crown Metrology operates in alignment with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ANSI/NCSL Z540.3, ensuring every calibration is performed by technically competent personnel using validated methods and traceable standards.
Our processes are structured for eventual formal accreditation in dimensional calibration, built on impartiality, technical rigor, and continual improvement. Each result we produce is supported by controlled documentation, recorded environmental data, and clearly defined measurement uncertainty.

  • All calibrations are traceable to the International System of Units (SI) through NIST or equivalent standards, managed under SOP-015 (Measurement Traceability). Reference standards are monitored through a master equipment list, recalibrated on schedule, and verified before every use.
Measurement uncertainty budgets are maintained for each method and reviewed annually per SOP-018, giving our customers confidence in both accuracy and decision rules.

  • Crown Metrology’s QMS integrates ISO/IEC 17025 clauses for document control, personnel competence, traceability, and result validity. Internal audits and management reviews verify compliance and drive continual improvement.

Our mission is simple: deliver technically valid, traceable results you can trust.
